New CAA chapter: CAA Sweden (CAA-SE).

Daniel Löwenborg from CAA Sweden mailed us:

I am happy to inform you that we have proceeded with the formation of a Swedish national chapter of CAA, awaiting the AGM in April 2011. We had our first meeting in August 2010 where myself was elected chair, Per Stenborg as secretary and Karin Lund as delegate. We also decided on a suggested constitution, which is largely based on other similar national chapters. We have from the start set out to keep close collaboration with the Norwegian chapter, and have timed our biannual national meetings accordingly, not to concur.
