CAA MembershipCAA is an international organisation bringing together archaeologists, mathematics and computer scientists. Its aims are to encourage communication between these disciplines, to provide a survey of present work in the field and to stimulate discussion and future progress. Membership is open to anyone on payment of a nominal fee. There are two ways to become a member of CAA. Participants of the CAA
conference are automatically members of CAA (the membership fee is
included in the conference fee).
Membership shall run
from the date of payment of the fee up to and including the AGM of
the following year.
This means if you pay between the close of the AGM and Midnight on 31st December your membership finishes at the close of the following AGM. If you pay between January 1st and the start of the AGM your membership lasts until the close of the AGM of the following year. If you come to the conference, or become a member between January 1st and that years conference, you can vote in two (2) AGMs: The current one and the following one.
